bstract： This article studies the application of Flexsim simulation in the sorting process optimization of distribution center. Taking an EC logistics distribution center as the research object， the simulation model based on Flexsim is built to simulate the operation process of the distribution center including order acceptation， sorting， classification and completion. The operation bottleneck problems are concluded according to the simulation result and optimization scheme is proposed.
